To conclude our meetings we headed out to a restaurant that was in a converted mansion... Our meal was served out back in the "stable", which is now a small art gallery... It a full 5-course meal with a different wine served with each course:
- Fried fois gras and mushroom soup
- Salmon and Noregian caviar
- Roast duck with Chinese artichokes
- Cheese plate
- Cloudberry dessert (rare Noregian raspberry-like berry)
